This is our most challenging program because we provide rapid feedback and increase the intensity of your training based on your ability. We'll absolutely push your limits.

The Advanced Online Forecaster Course - LR combines personal training with online programs. We provide you with the essential skills you need for success. You will master map analysis, understand computer models, satellite imagery, upper air soundings and you will learn to forecast for a variety of users.

The course builds on each week's training sessions by producing weather forecasts and developing an understanding of who uses weather forecasts and why. Some of the material covered in the course include --

THE LR EDITION. If you want a lot of training and experience in a short period of time - join the LR Edition. You can pace yourself through the training segments of the course - go as quickly or slowly as you would like.

Then we assign forecast tasks each day Monday through Friday. We give you as many forecast tasks as you can handle - and teach you how to forecast for aviation, power utilities, agriculture, construction companies, the general public and other users.

You will be assigned up to 50 forecast tasks each day - Monday through Friday - with quick feedback and critique. We know that the hands-on-experience is the best way to learn. We'll critique the tasks and give you insight on what could have been done better - and we'll always let you know what you did right! We provide access to all the graphics you need and we will critique your forecasts for accuracy, consistency and content.

The number of tasks is determined by your ability, how much you can handle and how much time you can allocate to training. We work with your schedule and abilities. We always try to get you to do more so that you get use to a real-world workload.

Your training certificate will reflect your ability and skill - and you will be able to use us as a reference.
