Our unique mastery/professional development program will help you whether you are currently working in meteorology or you are still in college. Our team is made up of meteorologists with at least 20 years of experience and have supervisory experience. We will tailor your program to meet your desire, even when those desires change during the course of the program.

You will not be spending passive time with us -- you will be involved in action. This is transformational training. We take the knowledge you already have and transform it into the skills you need as a meteorologist. We make it second nature to you. The higher pay always goes to the most motivated, skilled people. And to people who have experience. You will learn what to do from our trainers and you will learn the mistakes they have already made.

You are eligible to participate if you have a BS/BA in meteorology or military training OR will be earning a degree (BS/BA, MS/MA or Ph.D.) within the next three years. And I need people who are anxious to have hands-on, one-on-one mastery training for 12 full months.

There may be a lack of meteorology jobs but there are plenty of weather-sensitive businesses and government agencies who need weather information from you. It does not cost much to start your own consulting service if you have a proven system. We'll show you our system and how you can put it to work for you! We'll help you start out and be available to you in the future. We'll watch for new business opportunities and let you know where they are. We'll even provide support services for you so that you don't have to make large upfront investments.

"Is this a program designed to compete with a degree program in meteorology?" No! If you are not interested in higher education, then you probably should not participate in this program. A college education should not be the end of your learning. If it is, you will not only cut your career short, but you will also find your career unfulfilling. Not only do we take your college education to the next level, the level employers will hire you at, but we also go over management and business concepts. You might not want to be in management, however you will understand your managers much better if you know the concepts they operate under. By participating in this program you will bring to the table a wide range of personal training not found anywhere else! When you limit your knowledge base you limit your prospects for the future. This is program not about more book learning. This program is all about "doing". Mentors show you how to do things, how to expand your mind. You learn what to do and how to do it. Better yet, you learn the mistakes the mentors have made so you don't have to make them!

What will we do for you? We will give you all of the tools you need to have a more successful career in meteorology. Not only will we give you the tools you need, but we will show you how to use them and we will always be available to coach, mentor and tutor you. Ask us questions.
