Your registration will be confirmed upon receipt of this completed form and the TOTAL cost (US dollars) of the short course. Please note that space is limited and will be assigned on first come basis. Please read this IMPORTANT Registration Information and Terms sheet and ensure that you understand our payment and cancellation policies before you make any payments. Members of a party that have separate contact details MUST complete a separate registration form.

* All payments must be made by check or money order payable to "Rapid Weather/Meteorology Training Center" or "Rapid Weather/MTC." Registration is due 60 days before your arrival. You can also charge your payment through Western Union. Be sure to notify us of the MTCN they give you.

You may cancel up to 60 days before your course starts and you will get a refund on all but the nonrefundable portion of the cost of the course (25% of the total cost of the course). Courses canceled within 31 days of the course date (or while taking the course) are nonrefundable but the fee may be applied to another course, unless we are able to rebook your space, in which case you will be refunded all but the 25% non-refundable down payment.
