Also, in the unlikely event that Rapid Weather and the Meteorology Training Center, or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.

Purchasing Products and Services:

Electronic purchases (credit, charge and debit card) can be made using Google Checkout. See Google Checkout's terms of use for their security policies. Your credit card, debit card and charge card numbers are never revealed to us except in the course of legal investigations. Information from your checks and money orders mailed to us are kept on file to satisfy statutory requirements and is never given to a third party other than the government, if we must comply with such information. Becoming a Member and/or registering as a student or course participant entitles you to limited use some of Rapid Weather and Meteorology Training Center blogs. Use of the blogs is subject to the following terms:

-- You will not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish on the blogs any libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or otherwise illegal material.
-- You agree that you will not threaten or verbally abuse other Members, students, course participants, use defamatory language, or deliberately disrupt discussions with repetitive messages, meaningless messages or "spam."
-- You agree not to use language that abuses or discriminates on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, region, disability, etc. Hate speech of any kind is grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the site. Personal attacks on other Members are a direct violation of this Agreement and are grounds for immediate and permanent suspension of access to all or part of the site.
-- The blogs may be used only in a noncommercial manner. You will not, without the express approval of Rapid Weather and the Meteorology Training Center, distribute or otherwise publish any material containing any solicitation of funds, advertising or solicitation for goods or services.
